2. ELIGIBILITY The promotion is open to residents of GB (England, Wales and Scotland) aged 18 years or over only, except:

• (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
• (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the promotion or its administration; or
• (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

3. THE PROMOTION

• 3.1. The title of the promotion is WIN 1 OF 5000 CINEMA TICKETS WITH J2O’S MOJO MONDAYS
• 3.2. The promotion will open 09:00am on 1st June 2019 (the “Opening Date”) to 11:59pm on 31st August 2019 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. All promotion entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
• 3.3. To enter for the chance to win 1 of 5000 Cineworld cinema ticket eCodes. Entrants must purchase any of the below promotional products and enter their forename, surname, age, email address and the unique code found on the J2O Mojo snapchat filter, at www.mojomonday.co.uk . Unique code required for entry is found on the J2O Snapchat filter. J2O Snapchat filter is unlocked via scanning the J2O snapchat glassware with the Snapchat mobile application. J2O Snapchat glassware is served with the following promotional products in participating outlets. J2O Snapchat filter does not link through to the www.mojomonday.co.uk entry website. www.mojomonday.co.uk must be manually entered into internet browser. • 3.4. 1 entry per person per week. Maximum of two entries per person over the promotional period.
• 3.5. Entrants must have internet access and a Snapchat account to enter this promotion.
• 3.6. 5000 x winners will be randomly allocated via a winning moments mechanic. All prizes will be randomly assigned to winning moments via a secure, independently verified computer programme and based on an algorithm with prizes seeded over the forecast number of products sold during the promotional period. If your time of entry matches the guaranteed winning slot or you are the first person to enter after the time slot has passed, then you will be awarded the prize.
• 3.7. Prizes not claimed within a specific winning moment will be rolled over and available to win in the next winning moment.

4. THE PRIZES

• 4.1. There are 5000 x adult cinema tickets eCodes available to win. The physical adult cinema ticket is redeemed by: 4.1.1. Providing the eCode within your winner email to a Cineworld staff member at a Cineworld outlet within the UK or entering your eCode within the “Got a ticket voucher code or CEA carer card?” box on www.cineworld.co.uk. Online booking fee of £0.70 applies. eCode terms and conditions can be found under the ‘eCode Terms and Conditions’ by heading on this webpage. The Cineworld adult cinema ticket is:
  • 4.1.2. Valid on Mondays only from 8th June – 30th September 2019.
  • 4.1.3. Valid for 2D shows only.
  • 4.1.4. Valid only at Cineworld cinemas across the UK.
  • 4.1.5. Valid for any shows between 12:01am and 11:59pm each Monday within the promotional period.
  • 4.1.6. Not valid within Cineworld Leicester Square, London (WC2H 7NA) or Cineworld Screening Rooms, Cheltenham (GL50 4EF).

• 4.2. The Prize is supplied by Cineworld (the “Supplier”).
• 4.3. Unless otherwise stated, all expenses incurred by the winners in the general use and/or enjoyment of the Prizes, including but not limited to food, drink, travel and accommodation, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
• 4.4. Prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
• 4.5. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
• 4.6. The prize is valid until 30th September 2019.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION

• 5.1. Winners will be notified instantly via the microsite when they enter and later contacted via email provided at the time of entry. Winners will be emailed a Cineworld eCode to their entered email address. Each Cineworld eCode may be exchanged for one ticket for any standard 2D show (excluding Alternative Content, D-Box, Special Advance Screenings, VIP Boxes or IMAX) and can be redeemed directly at the box office free of charge or used to pre book tickets online at www.cineworld.co.uk. Bookings made online are subject to a booking/processing fee per person for whom a seat is booked.
• 5.2. Winners have until Monday 30th September to redeem their prize.
• 5.3. At point of entry on the microsite winners should enter their forename, surname, email, and the unique snapchat code to confirm acceptance of their prize, otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize with no liability.
• 5.4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not, or is not able to, take up their prize.

6. PRIZE DELIVERY

• 6.1. Prizes will be delivered via email. Cineworld eCode will be provided within the prize email. Winners are responsible for checking their junk mail.
• 6.2. If any Prizes are undelivered due to inaccurate details the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• 7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act are not affected.

8. DATA PROTECTION

• 8.1. By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion.
• 8.2. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.

9. GENERAL

• 9.1. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter.
• 9.2. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these terms and conditions take precedence.
• 9.3. If the Promoter has any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if it has any reason to believe that efforts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude any entrant from participating in the promotion.
• 9.4. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
• 9.5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
• 9.6. The person from whose account the entry is sent shall be deemed the entrant for the purposes of this Promotion. In the event that the same entry is submitted by two or more people, the first person to have uploaded the entry shall be deemed the entrant for the purposes of this Promotion. Verification of age, identity and address will be required before any prizes are awarded.
• 9.7. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
• 9.8. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified.
• 9.9. If required by a regulatory authority, and/or if we consider it lawful, necessary or appropriate to do so, we may elect to make available a list of winners’ surname and/or county to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months after the closing date of this Promotion. • 9.11. If any clause or provision of these terms and conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
• 9.12. The terms and conditions of this Promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts, unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
